Chia Cereal with Cardamom, Blueberries, and Walnuts
Serves: 1
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ⅔ cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon agave
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • Small handful blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon toasted walnuts, chopped
  1. In a bowl, mix the chia seeds and coconut milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Remove from fridge, mix evenly. Stir in cardamom and agave, top with blueberries and walnuts. Enjoy!
