The Bowling Bomber
Serves: Makes 2 drinks
  • Ice
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • 4 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 4 ounces grapefruit juice
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add mint; muddle to break up leaves and release flavor. Add gin, Campari, and grapefruit juice. Shake to combine; let stand a minute or so to further chill. Pour a portion into each of 2 martini glasses and serve.
