Cucumber Smash
Serves: 1
  • 2 oz London dry gin (I used Bombay Sapphire)
  • ½ oz Campari
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • ½ oz freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 3 cucumber slices, peel removed
  1. Muddle two of the cucumber slices in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add the rest of the liquid ingredients and shake over ice. Serve in a tall glass (Collins, if you have it) over ice, and garnish with the third cucumber slice.
