The Red-Throated Loon
Serves: 1 drink
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1.25 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • .75 Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
  • .5 oz Campari
  • .5 oz St. Germain
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: orange peel
  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain and serve in a rocks glass filled with ice; garnish with an orange peel.
