1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Put garlic-parsley butter into a decorative dish and serve or spread over cooked meat.
This butter can be spread on any grilled cut making it perfect for mixed grills. We used it on grilled chicken, lamb and steak, but it would also be delicious on fish.
