Makes 2 cocktails
1/4 cucumber puree (from peeled cucumber whirred in the food processor or blender)
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup white tequila
1/8 cup Grand Marnier or Cointreau
1/8 cup simple syrup
Kosher salt
Cayenne pepper
On a plate, combine the salt and cayenne. Trace the rims of 2 margarita glasses with a lime wedge. Dip each rim in the salt and cayenne mixture.
Combine the rest of the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and divide evenly between the two glasses.

This looks like a really fun recipe to try, but what is the first ingredient? Is that 1/4 of a cucumber, pureed? Or 1/4 cup of cucumber puree?

These sound delicious and unique!

Hi Angela,
That would be 1/4 cup cucumber puree. When I made the drink I pureed about 1/4 of a small cucumber and it was a little too much, but I added the extra to the drink and it was just fine.
