Thanks to random.org, we’ve chosen 3 winners–Bonnie, Pat, and Nancy–all who’ve been notified and are just a few days away from receiving a beautiful holiday wreath.
My Dad just turned 86 this past Sunday. He and Mom live in a quiet friendly neighborhood on Deer Point Lake in Panama City, FL, nearly 1300 miles from me. MapQuest says it’s a 20 plus hour drive.
Mom and Dad have had their share of health issues these last couple of years and aren’t as active in the kitchen as they used to be. That’s why I’m grateful they have nice neighbors. At least two or three times a week, Sharon and Norm from down the street bring supper. Mom has dubbed them her “Meals on Wheels.”

Lindsay Olives believes in MOWAA too and are donating proceeds from their Handmade Olive Branch Holiday Wreaths to this worthy organization.
Lindsay Olives has also given us three holiday wreaths to give away this season. Made from olive, bay, and eucalyptus branches, they can be hung on an interior or exterior door or used as a table decoration as seen above. To enter this contest, simply complete the following statement: this holiday season I will do my part for people in need by…
Posting deadline is this Friday, December 3rd at 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Winners will be announced by 9:00 AM Eastern Time on Monday, December 6th.
If you’re not one of the lucky winners, however, and would still like a wreath, they’re very reasonable—$30 for a 14-inch one, $35 for an 18-incher (plus shipping) with delivery until December 31, 2010. You can order at www.lindsayolives.com or call (800) 765-2029.
Let the responses begin!

Hi, I’m looking for the site to order wreaths for Christmas 2011.
Such as great way to give back!
Do you know if there are wreaths available this year?
Regards,

Looks like they’re not available, Teresa. Too bad. We were looking to buy one too!
