This week our lives will likely crescendo in complete excess. Whether it’s food, drink, money, we’re still in splurge mode. Thankfully the first week of the New Year is just a few days away. This week you’ll read what threemanycooks hope to do differently in 2010. We’d like to give you a chance to do the same by completing the following sentence: “In 2010, I hope to…”

For nearly 5 years now I’ve maintained my 45-pound weight loss, so for those whose New Year’s resolutions are weight related, I share what worked for me. For those whose resolutions are not weight related, you’ll still get a book full of delicious, reasonable recipes. The deadline is 12 midnight on Sunday, January 3, 2010.
