Spiritually, I want to be the change I want to see in the world: Gossip less. Be more compassionate. Less competitive. More generous. More open. But that was also my resolution for 2009. It’s an ongoing journey 🙂 Physically, I’d love to conquer my nemesis yoga poses: handstand and crow. And I’d like to channel (and challenge) my inner runner to leave the treadmill and hit the real road so I started the first day of 2010 with an 8 mile outdoor run in chilly 20F weather.
