Serve 8
1 cup creamy peanut butter
4 oz softened cream cheese
½ cup confectioners sugar
1 8 oz container Cool Whip
1 pre-made pie crust (I prefer chocolate)
In large bowl, combine peanut butter, cream cheese and confectioners sugar. With a rubber spatula, fold in Cool Whip. Once the Cool Whip is fully incorporated, pour the mix into a premade pie crust and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
*If the peanut butter, cream cheese, confectioners sugar mix is feeling too thick you can add 2 tablespoons of milk (this may depend on the type of peanut butter you are using)

Thanks for such a simple treat! I think I can eke out a few minutes to make this for the kiddos before I go to work. Just need some Cool Whip…

For no-bake, it doesn’t get much better than this. And during these dog days, I’m loving recipes that don’t require stove or the oven!

This looks so incredibly heavenly! I think I could get into some big trouble with this pie and end up devouring it all myself in one sitting! Can’t wait to give this a try : )
