Makes 2 cups or 1 serving
Good for when you need something decadent but not caloric.
1 medium peeled frozen banana
1 cup light chocolate soymilk
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Break up banana into a blender. Whisk soy milk, cocoa powder, and peanut butter in a 1-cup Pyrex measuring cup. With blender on high power, add soymilk mixture through feeder tube, stopping and stirring as necessary, until mixture is a smooth shake. Pour into a cup and serve.
