Can your recipe for homemade naan be made in my bread machine?

Q.  Darlyne Asks: I love all of your recipes and have tried them since I heard about you in Cooks Illustrated. I even have all your cookbooks!  Regarding your recipe for handmade nan, can the dough be made in my bread machine?  It would be so much easier if it were possible!

A. It might take a little experimentation on your part but I don’t see any reason why you couldn’t halve our naan recipe and use the bread machine’s dough cycle to mix and proof it.  Good luck and let me know how it works for you.
