Considering this recipe makes between 10 and 12 dozen (that’s 120 to 144 cookies) the amount of egg in each cookie is negligible. The paper posted the calorie count as 144 calories a cookie. Turns out it was a mistake. There are only 43 calories per cookie, so enjoy!
