Since today’s recipe is Egg Wrap-and-Runs with Mushrooms and Provolone, tell us your favorite meatless breakfast. Although I love these wrap and runs and enjoy them regularly (for lunch too), I’d have to say my very favorite weekday breakfast is quick cheesy grits.

Quinoa, brown sugar, walnuts and milk – yum!
Always oatmeal with milk, bananas, apple pieces and granola.
My favorite breakfast is plain yogurt with fig butter and homemade barely sweetened granola
A smoothie with almond milk, kefir, and chia seed meal.
Oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon. 🙂
Oatmeal with peanut butter or yoghurt with honey and pinneaple. For very special occasions, pancakes.
Apple slices with peanut butter
Greek yogurt topped with peaches and strawberries, chopped walnuts, and a bit of homemade granola.
Oatmeal made with Old fashioned oats, walnuts, craisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, and freshly ground nutmeg.
Smoothie with almond milk, soy yogurt, frozen banana, spinach and protein powder! Wakes you right up!
In my favorite wide mouth glass I layer yogurt, fruit and oatmeal…and if I’m being really good I sprinkle a bit of wheat germ
Melty, crunchy peanut butter on a toasted whole grain english muffin – – it’s my favorite breakfast and snack food!
Homemade yogurt, frozen blueberries and granola….yum!
Mmmm, PB + banana on toasted pumpernickel rye!
My FAVORITE breakfast is Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes with Sweet Butter & Coconut Nectar – my husband’s favorite breakfast, too!
