Update: Congratulations to Staci, whose favorite meatless breakfast is steel cut oatmeal. Don’t forget to stop by next Monday for another Meatless Recipe and Giveaway of Cook without a Book: Meatless Meals.
With the October 25th publication date of Cook without a Book: Meatless Meals just weeks away, we’re starting to celebrate. Every Monday between now and then we’ll be featuring a meatless recipe and giving away copy of Cook Without a Book: Meatless Meals.
Since today’s recipe is Egg Wrap-and-Runs with Mushrooms and Provolone, tell us your favorite meatless breakfast. Although I love these wrap and runs and enjoy them regularly (for lunch too), I’d have to say my very favorite weekday breakfast is quick cheesy grits.
Deadline for this week’s contest is Wednesday, September 28th at 9 PM ET. We’ll announce the winner on Thursday morning. I hope you’ll enter each week and try for your complimentary copy, but if don’t win, head over to your favorite on-line book seller and purchase Cook without a Book: Meatless Meals. It’s filled with techniques, formulas, and fun, satisfying meatless versions of all your favorites.
And for those wondering why meatless, check out my new video.
